Start here

The big picture in five minutes.

Rook™: The desk software. It helps you run paper trading engines with clear skips, truth, and process — not tips on what to buy.
TTC Trading™: The customer-facing product line. Rook sits under TTC Trading. The company behind it is TTC Holdings Group Ltd.
Paper trading: Practice mode. Orders are simulated (or exchange-paper). You can learn the desk without risking real money. Rook’s default story is paper.
Live trading: Real money on an exchange. Not Rook’s default. If it ever exists for you, it is opt-in, your keys, separate agreement — still your risk.
BYO keys: “Bring your own” exchange API keys. They stay on your computer or VPS. We do not ask for keys on the website.
Engine: One trading bot / coin runner (for example a SOL paper engine). A fleet is several engines watched together.
Desk: Your operator view: status, skips, receipts, and decisions. Think “control room,” not a tip sheet.
Operator: Someone who runs engines and reads the logs. The waitlist / weekly desk note is for operators — not investors.

Category 2

How the desk works

What the machinery is doing day to day.

Skip: When the desk does not take a trade. A good skip can be the right answer. Rook explains why it stayed quiet.
Gate: A rule that must pass before a trade is allowed (quality, fees, risk). Gates protect you from bad fills — they are not “secret signals.”
Fleet: All your engines as one picture. Fleet truth means Coin and Elite views must agree — or the desk fails loud.
Morning Ops: The start-of-day checklist: are engines alive, is truth fresh, what needs your eyes?
EOD: End of day. Close the books, sync reports, leave a clean trail for tomorrow.
Calibration cycle: A timed experiment window (often ~21 days): one careful change, watch, then keep / revert / observe. Ceremony can pause while Learning Core runs.
Learning Core: The research track that banks real paper features and tests whether there is walk-forward EDGE — or stops honestly. Not a “AI tips” bot.
Walk-forward harness: A strict test: train on past slices, check on later slices, stress fees. Stops you from believing a lucky backtest.
EDGE: Honest advantage after costs in the harness. Until EDGE is proven, Rook stays in gather / provisional mode — no fake confidence.
Kill date: A hard stop date for a gather track. If the data goal is not met honestly, we do not hop coins or loosen gates to “make it look good.”

Proof & honesty

How we show truth — including failure.

Truth Certificate™: A public-style proof artifact: what the paper desk claimed, with a verify path. Process evidence — not a profit promise.
Death Certificate™: A document for an honest FAIL. When something dies, we write it down instead of hiding it.
Viability: A rollup of whether the paper program is ready for the next stage. GATHERING means still collecting evidence — not “ready to sell.”
Honest FAIL: When the desk admits something did not work. Loud failure beats quiet green lies.
Patience Score™: A calmness meter for the desk: are we waiting correctly, or itching to force trades?
Parity: Coin view and Elite view must match on the numbers that matter. Mismatch = FAIL, not a shrug.
Weekly desk note: A short process email: what we learned, what we skipped, what we shipped. Not trade recommendations.
Regret Receipt™: A receipt for a miss we wish we had caught earlier — used to learn, not to shame.
Rejection Quality Index™ (RQI): A score for how cleanly the desk rejects bad ideas. High RQI means refusals are sharp, not random.
Silence Proof Protocol™: A method to prove that staying quiet was intentional and checked — not a frozen bot.
Ghost P&L Gate Audit™: An audit of trades the gates blocked: what would paper P&L have looked like if we had taken them? Learning tool — not a live tip.
Adaptive Gate Precision Engine™: Roadmap tooling to tighten or loosen gate precision from evidence — never a silent auto-loosen of risk.
Explained Silence Index™ (ESI): How often silence comes with a clear reason humans can read. Unexplained quiet is a desk smell.
Skip Forensics Court™: A structured review of skips: SAVE vs MISS labels so Learning Core can train on honest outcomes.

Refusal Intelligence — roadmap after honest EDGE.

SILENCESTORM™: Rook’s Refusal Intelligence product. Tagline: when hype storms, your desk refuses with proof. Roadmap — not a live signal feed.
Refusal Intelligence™: The category: tools that help you not trade when the story and the machinery disagree.
Correct Silence Index™ (CSI): A score for “was staying quiet the right call?” Silence can be correct — CSI is how we talk about that.
Refusal Tempo Index™ (RTI): A desk posture score: how fast the desk should move — Short / Medium / Long — or sit out. Guides hold duration, not what to buy. Sibling to SILENCESTORM™; not a signal feed.
Narrative–Machinery Divergence™ (NMD): When the story on social media and what the desk’s machinery sees pull apart. Divergence is a warning light — not a buy tip.
Attention Receipt™: A receipt that says: we looked, here is what we noticed, here is what we did (or did not do).

Signals: Not us. We do not send “buy now / sell now” alerts. We explain machinery and skips.
Copy-trading: Not us. We do not mirror another trader’s entries into your account.
Investment advice: Not us. Nothing on this site is personalised financial advice. You keep authority and risk.
Custody: Not us. We do not hold your money or require withdrawal-capable keys for the paper path.
Guaranteed returns: Not us. Past paper results do not guarantee future results. Anyone who promises otherwise is selling a story.
